Alison has lived in Cincinnati since 1965 and still loves it. Her expertise is in customer service, which comes in handy as she interacts with the firm's clients. Formerly, Alison was a nationally recognized public speaker, trainer/facilitator, and peer reviewer within the water utility industry and brings with her years of experience in human resources, customer care, and public relations. She retired from the Greater Cincinnati Water Works as the Assistant Superintendent of the Commercial Services Division but wasn’t quite finished working yet! Alison has been a part of the Foster & Motley team since March 2007 and shares the receptionist position with Beth Liesch.

 Alison and her husband, Don, currently reside on the west side of Cincinnati, in Cleves. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids and her two grown children.  She also enjoys crafting, flower gardening, and volunteering alongside her dogs. One of her dogs, Izzi, is a certified therapy dog for Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center; they both like to spend time each week with the children.
