Alison has lived in Cincinnati since 1965 and still loves it. She retired from the Greater Cincinnati Water Works as the Assistant Superintendent of the Commercial Services Division but wasn’t quite finished working yet! Alison's expertise is in customer service and satisfaction, which comes in handy as she interacts with the firm's clients. She was a nationally recognized public speaker, facilitator, and peer reviewer within the water utility industry and brings with her years of experience in human resources, customer care, and public relations.

Alison has been a part of the team since March 2007 and shares the receptionist position with Beth Liesch.

Alison currently resides in Cleves with her husband Don. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids and her two grown children.  She also enjoys crafting, flower gardening and volunteering alongside her dogs. One of her dogs, Izzi, is a certified therapy dog for Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center.  They both like to spend, at least an hour each week with the children.
