Curiosity, creativity, and adaptability are qualities that define August Gravatte and make her a great fit for her role as a Client Service Associate. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2019 with a degree in Communications and a minor in Photojournalism, bringing a fresh and diverse perspective to her work.

Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, she relocated to Lexington, Kentucky after completing her degree, where she took on the role of creative director and photographer for Lexair Inc., a Lexington-based industrial manufacturing corporation. This experience allowed her to hone her creative skills and further develop her ability to adapt to new challenges. In 2022, August and her husband moved to the Covington area, where she embraced her passion for connecting with others by working as a store manager and barista for Deeper Roots Coffee, a local coffee roaster. This role deepened her appreciation for meaningful interactions and community building.

As part of our Client Service team, she combines her diverse background and enthusiasm for learning to deliver exceptional support to clients and the team. She is driven by a desire to serve others and create positive experiences in every interaction, embodying the values that guide her professional and personal life.

Outside of work, August enjoys pursuing her many interests, including film photography, experimenting with new recipes, exploring Covington neighborhoods on foot, thrift shopping for hidden treasures, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
