James joined the team in 2021 after serving in roles such as Information Technology Manager, Network Security Engineer, and Network Engineer. His experience in various industries including government, manufacturing, legal, and automotive, provide a well-rounded set of skills to support the ever-growing technology needs of Foster & Motley. James has completed many large-scale technology projects, including data center design, software integration, cloud application integration, network and security overhauls, and more. His business focus, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for managing complex projects make him a great addition to the team.

James received his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Cincinnati, completed a Leadership Development Program at Indiana University, and earned several technology certifications from Cisco Systems. Presently, James lives in West Chester, Ohio, with his wife, Suzana, and dog, Rusty. In his free time, he can be found hiking, biking, camping, or exploring the outdoors.
