Justin Hargett has been an integral part of Foster & Motley since 2022, bringing a multidimensional approach to operations by developing technical solutions that integrate his experience in technology systems, support, and marketing. With an eye towards efficiency, he emphasizes multi-team collaboration, a skill he honed while working for The Walt Disney Company in Orlando.

An opportunity in operations and information technology at a Cincinnati firm brought him back to his hometown, where he refined his ability to bridge communication gaps between IT and various business units. He also began exploring the world of Salesforce technology, earning his Salesforce Certified Administrator designation in 2019 and furthering his knowledge at local, regional, and national conferences. At Foster & Motley, Justin has been instrumental in building out our Salesforce infrastructure to better meet our clients’ needs.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Justin spends his free time with friends and family, enjoying local sporting events, concerts, and restaurants. When not taking in the city’s entertainment, he enjoys reading, writing, digital art, and photography.
