When you meet Katina, the first thing you will notice is her smile and outgoing personality. She loves to lend a helping hand whenever possible. Katina is a client service specialist on the financial planning team. She is also a team lead, which allows her to help streamline project work and be a dedicated resource for training and improving efficiency on the client service team. Her favorite part of the being a Client Service Specialist is getting to meet and work directly with the clients.

She joined the Foster & Motley team in 2017. Since 2005, Katina has been busy raising her 3 kids. While running her household, she was an active PTO Leader within the Kings Local School District and a private nanny for 5 years. Before 2005, she worked at Anthem Inc. as a Senior Process Analyst where she facilitated work process design and guided the release and adoption of new IT systems.

Katina lives in Deerfield Township with her husband, Jason, and 3 kids: Grace, Owen, and Luke. During the evenings and weekends, you will find Katina traveling around town to watch her kids participate in various activities. She also enjoys cooking, photography, and exploring new places in Cincinnati.
