Putting clients first comes naturally to Sherry! Invigorated by the opportunity to help clients tackle a myriad of challenges throughout her career, she takes every opportunity to dig into the details and devise a plan with their best interest at the core. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Sherry gained finance experience as a trust officer at Fifth Third Bank, where she honed her ability to sift through large amounts of complex information and work across departments to solve problems for clients. She took on further responsibility during her tenure at Gradison McDonald, serving as a key touchpoint across different trust functions for the firm’s clients; in this role, she developed a deeper appreciation for a team approach to problem-solving, which enabled her to understand all elements of a decision. Prior to joining the Foster & Motley team, Sherry worked as a trust manager facilitating trust activities for clients, as well as conducting trust audits.
Foster & Motley welcomed Sherry to the firm as a Tax Administrative Specialist in 2022. In this role, she applies her attention to detail, cross-team collaboration, and communication skills to help clients navigate their tax obligations to maximize their wealth.
A native of the Greater Cincinnati area, Sherry grew up in the suburb of Price Hill, eventually moving to Kentucky after high school. She continues to call Kentucky her home with her husband, Tom. In her free time, Sherry loves dog-sitting for family members and keeping fit at local group workout classes.
